I have the brown pair. They look great, fit right and true to size. They have just the right arch support for me and are comfortable from day one. No break in period is required. The sole is very stable thus very suitable for long standing.

I wore a brown pair for five years (business and casual). Very comfortable. Eventually, I put insoles in just before the recession. he soles fell apart from overuse. I now own a brown AND black pair and continue to wear everyday. Just sold 1.1M in autos at a 3 day tradeshow in Vegas wearing Clarks Escalades.
