I own many Clark's shoes so these were an easy buy decision. Needed something to slip on and off at the desert place and these fit the bill. I could use a little more support around the heel but they are comfortable as they are and very well made. I have big fat duck-feet and they go on and off easily and are true-to-size.
Maybe a little over-priced. I use them as bedroom slippers, house slippers, patio slippers and beer sipping slippers. Go ahead....read that last sentence out loud three times FAST!
Good shoes. You will not regret the buy.

I bought these for my husband, and they look so cute. He wears them with khaki shorts and a polo. He says they are very comfortable too. I know he likes Clarks shoes, so these were a hit. I bought him the navy ones.

I have the brown pair. They look great, fit right and true to size. They have just the right arch support for me and are comfortable from day one. No break in period is required. The sole is very stable thus very suitable for long standing.

I wore a brown pair for five years (business and casual). Very comfortable. Eventually, I put insoles in just before the recession. he soles fell apart from overuse. I now own a brown AND black pair and continue to wear everyday. Just sold 1.1M in autos at a 3 day tradeshow in Vegas wearing Clarks Escalades.

I am a size 6 and ordered the 6 and fits great, (I plan to wear these with thicker socks, but they'd be fine with thin socks as well)

I spend a fortune on shoes that I wear for 2 days and find out that they make me ache all over. I have degenerative joint disease and diabetes, and almost every shoe either gives me blisters, rub spots, and/or causes back, hip, and foot pain. Clarks in general have always been my best bet as far as comfort, but I'm finding that I need a little more support than the mules provide. So, I gave these a try. I told my husband I was going to get "official old lady shoes". Today is the first day I've worn them (they arrived yesterday). I don't ever want to take them off. My toes aren't even spasming or aching! Love love love love love these shoes!

I recently had foot surgery and have to have room in the toe box area. Clark is an excellent shoe company and their shoes cannot be beaten. Even though these are not call "bendable" there is absolutely no break-in time on these boots. They fit perfectly right from the first step with no rubbing on the heel and any pressure in the toe box. In fact I have them on right now and walk quite a bit in them every time I wear them.....heaven! Ordering these through Amazon.com is like wearing a pair of Clarks, easy and comfortable.

I received my boots and was very happy to be able to find Clarks in a wide width. They are very attractive boots and I love the ruching all around. The heel is perfect for shopping or just running around and the boot itself is comfortable. I'm glad they ran a little larger because I put an additional pad inside and they are like walking on clouds.

These boots are awesome. Very comfortable and look fantastic, wear with jeans and your classy and rugged. In regards to size, make sure you order a size down, because they do run big. I wear an 11 sneaker and wear a 10 for the boot, I could probably go down to a 9.5. Secondly, they are suede and therefore do get dirty very quickly and easily. If you are the type of person who has to have that "fresh" look than I would recommend you go with a darker color than sand. I've found that with a brush and some proper cleaning technique they can retain their luster. One thing I do wish I had done before wearing them out is to put some suede protector spray on them. Hope this review helps!

Desert Boots and Chukka's have quickly become one of the most popular style of boots over the last couple of years. There are literally hundreds of different options out there if your looking for this style boot and the prices can range from roughly $50 all the way up to $400 dollars. With that being said, Clarks Original Desert Boot is easily one of the best of the bunch especially when it comes to getting the most bang for your buck.

I absolutely love this style boot and have over 15 pairs sitting in my closet from companies such as J.Crew, Johnston & Murphy, Frye, Diesel, John Varvatos, Red Wing, Bed:Stu, Original Penguin etc. Out of all the companies I have purchased this style boot from, there are really two that stand out more than the others in regards to getting the most bang for your buck. Those two are Clarks and J.Crew. Both make high quality boots and both keep things simple in regards to the design and that is exactly how I prefer them.

Clarks Original Desert Boot is really the epitome of simple design. No flashy cuts of leather, no funky patina's, just a clean design using classic colors and high quality full grain leather or suede. If you think these are comfortable when you first try them on, wait until you have had a pair for 6 months. These boots become like butter on your feet. In all honesty, that is one of the greatest aspects to this style of boot, they break in and become one of the most comfortable pairs of boots you have ever worn. Out of all the boots I own, its my broken in Chukka's and Desert Boots that are the most comfortable. Some of my Clark Desert Boots are over 4 years old and they are still in amazing shape. In fact, as I stated in regards to comfort, they only getter better with age. If you take proper care of them they will last a very long time.

Bottom line - Again there are now hundreds of choices out there for this style boot but very few can match Clarks Desert Boots especially when you consider the price. These are easily one of the best deals out there in regards to mens footwear. If your late to the Chukka/Desert Boot game then what are you waiting for? Every man should have at least a couple pairs in his closet. Clarks Desert Boot is a perfect place to start. The Taupe Suede & Brown Suede are the 2 that I recommend the most. They go with practically everything.

I was looking for a strong pair of shoes that would be worth investing in. Look no further. I trusted the 'Clarks' brand and i was duly rewarded. This shoe is waterproof to an amazing extent. It also has nice stitches on it that hold it together very well unlike other shoes which use glue. the insides are made for comfort and really take good care of your feet on long working / active days...I can attest to that, I'm a high school teacher.

I love these shoes! First, they are comfortable. I stand for most of the day, and the souls of these shoes are made perfectly, such that I can stand without leg aches. They are also comfortable when you are walking. The second great thing about these shoes is that they look good. They are in that range between casual and dress shoes. You would not wear them with a suit, but they are great with a pair of pressed slacks and a dress shirt. Finally, they last. The shoes are well made and don't fall apart. The other thing I love about these shoes is that they come in Narrow. I have a narrow foot, and it is very hard to find narrow shoes. This is the best pair of shoes I have been able to find that come in narrow.
